By booking any travel service through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Flysly Vacation.

By booking a tour or any travel-related service through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

These terms apply to all bookings made directly through our website, over the phone, or via our authorised agents.

Booking and Confirmation

  • A booking is considered "Confirmed" only after the receipt of the initial deposit and a formal confirmation email from our team.
  • The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to bind all members of the travel party to these terms.

Payment Terms

  • Booking Deposit: 30% of the total package cost is required to initiate reservations.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 21 days prior to the departure date.
  • Failure to Pay: If the full payment is not received by the deadline, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled, and standard cancellation charges will apply.

Statutory Taxes (GST & TCS)

In compliance with the Government of India regulations (Finance Act 2026):

GST – All Packages
5%
Applicable on all domestic & international packages.
TCS – International Only
2%
Tax Collected at Source on all outbound international tours.
Note: TCS is a tax credit. Customers can claim this amount while filing their Income Tax Returns (ITR).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following charges apply:

15 – 29 Days 50% of package cost High
0 – 14 Days / No Show 100% of package cost No Refund
Note: Specific airline or hotel cancellation policies may override these terms during peak seasons.

Travel Documentation

  • Passports: Must be valid for at least six months from the date of return.
  • Visas: The responsibility for obtaining valid visas rests solely with the traveler. We act only as a facilitator and are not responsible for visa rejections.
  • Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies or trip interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

  • We act as an intermediary between the traveler and third-party service providers (Airlines, Hotels, Transporters).
  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by the acts or omissions of these third-party providers.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for changes or cancellations caused by natural disasters, war, pandemics, or any "Act of God."

Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where our head office is registered.
