Booking Confirmation

A booking shall be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance/payment. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Certain services such as flights, hotels, cruises, activities, visas, and transport may have separate cancellation policies imposed by the respective suppliers.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges vary by package type and the number of days before departure.

Domestic Holiday Packages

30 days or more before departure 50% of total package cost
15–29 days before departure 70% of total package cost
7–14 days before departure 90% of total package cost
Less than 7 days before departure 100% cancellation charges

International Holiday Packages

Less than 15 days before departure 100% cancellation charges
Note: Cancellation terms for flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, and transport may be governed by the supplier’s own rules.

Flights & Transport

  • Flight tickets are subject to airline cancellation and refund rules.
  • Convenience fees, service charges, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund timelines depend on airline processing timelines.

Hotel Bookings

  • Hotel cancellations are subject to the respective hotel’s cancellation policy.
  • Peak season, festive dates, long weekends, and special event bookings may be completely non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–21 working days after receiving confirmation from the respective suppliers/vendors.

  • Refunds shall be processed through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
  • No refund shall be applicable for no-shows, unused services, early check-outs, partially utilized packages, or visa rejection unless specifically mentioned.

Force Majeure

Flysly Vacation shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, losses, or additional expenses arising due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather conditions
  • Political unrest
  • Pandemic or epidemic situations
  • Government restrictions
  • Airline operational issues
  • Strikes or lockdowns

In such situations, refunds shall depend solely on the policies of the respective service providers.

Amendment Policy

Any amendment or change request after booking confirmation will be subject to availability and applicable charges.

  • Name changes in flights or hotels may attract additional charges or may not be permitted.

Visa Rejection

Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.

  • Flysly Vacation shall not be responsible for visa rejection.
  • Visa fees, processing fees, and service charges are non-refundable.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and travel disruptions.
